Pam has been beyond wonderful to work with. We had a month on location to find a property we could see ourselves building on; for the first three weeks, we weren't able to connect with anyone, but from the moment we met Pam, she more than delivered. She researched answers to our questions, and put us in touch with the people we needed to contact each step of the way. She even walked the land with us to locate boundary markers. As the process moved toward the end, she met us with paperwork at the end of a weekend away with her family. Those things were so far above what could be expected, and we appreciated it deeply. When the purchase was complete, and we realized we wouldn't have her walking us through the next phase, it felt like a loss!
